Drawing on years of business leadership experience, Laurence Grigorov has served as the director of a Johannesburg-based property development company since 2004. Since then, Laurence Grigorov has specialized in high-end luxury developments across the city.

These have included residential properties in Dunkeld West and Eccleston Crescent in Bryanston. Alongside developing properties, Mr. Grigorov has led the firm to offer turnkey services such as land sourcing, zoning rights guidance, marketing, and financing. He is also responsible for project management on any required construction.

Before this, he served PPR Performance Filters, an aftermarket car product manufacturer specializing in air filters. In directing the company, Laurence Grigorov oversaw product design and manufacturing alongside all sales and marketing initiatives.

A Wits Business School graduate, he holds a diploma in business management. Outside of work, Mr. Grigorov supports several charities across South Africa, including the Johannesburg Children's Home and the South African Council for the Blind.
